Established as Paulding Constructions in 1991 by Managing Director John Paulding, Paulding Homes has grown to employ over 40 Victorians and to work with many more.

As a medium-sized building company, we have a great depth of experience in the building of residential houses, and in commercial work. We believe that it is this depth of experience that sets us apart.

Specialising in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, our aim is to lead the way in the construction of ‘complete package’ projects for clients in this demanding market. Since relocating to our facility at Frankston, Paulding Homes has grown to be capable of handling any project, regardless of size.

We understand that building a new home is a big decision. So when you decide to build with us, you can expect a quality home, at a conservative price. You can also expect your home to be completed on time and with minimal amount of fuss.
