Buyers Aaron Schramm & Jalene Grant were very pleased they were able to purchase their allotment of choice in Marriott Waters.

"The main attraction for us to Marriott Waters was what the estate will offer for our future in terms of amenity for our own lifestyle and when we decide to start a family.

"I think the gym, the primary school and the sporting ovals will play a big part in our lives.

"I currently live in Cranbourne and my partner lives in Endeavour Hills. The Marriott Waters estate is located near both of our families; yet close enough, without being too close to the city.

"We hadn't been looking for land long but this estate struck a chord with us straight away, especially with the access to recycled water.

"Everyone we dealt with along the buying process were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with," Mr Schramm said.
