Mr Yeo was very excited to learn about Marriott Waters with its water theme and onsite recreation centre with gym as it reminded him of the place he lived in Singapore before moving to Australia four years ago.

His apartment in Singapore also had a water theme with seven pools and great onsite gym with aerobics and function centre similar to that of Marriott Waters.

“Once I realised there was only five allotments facing the water on offer this time around I told my wife I would do whatever it took to get the exact lot I wanted.

“In Singapore people line up for up to three weeks to ensure their purchase so one week is fine. Lucky for me I did as that same day another two buyers arrived so we’re all in it for the long haul.”

Mr Yeo said he was also very impressed with the future amenity of the site with a proposed shopping centre with supermarket and its great proximity to freeways and train station.

“I have a young family with a 13 year-old daughter and 14-year-old son which as they get older will appreciate the nearby train station. The whole area is growing so it won’t be long before everything we need is very close at hand.

“I live in Berwick now and built my home at The Chase just two years ago but I fell in love with Marriott Water straight away and knew I had to live here and make it our home.”
