“Marriott Waters was really well set up for the big day with a marquee, heaters and Villawood even provided us with drinks and dinner as we waited out the night.

“We just spent the night in our cars and in the morning were given breakfast and coffee so when we signed up for our preferred allotment, we were over the moon.

“Looking at other estates, we just couldn’t get a good piece of land at an affordable price.  We were also particularly focused on an east/west block, where we could put our lounge room facing north; and this is exactly what we got.

“The recycled water, huge parks and reserves, proposed primary school and commercial precinct were all huge bonuses for us.  We will be starting a family in the next couple of years so all of those conveniences contributed to our decision,” Mr Hurrey said.
