Arriving at 10am Friday morning, Bernard Tyers was second in line to secure his selected allotment at Marriott Waters.

“I thought I had got there early enough to be first in line, however Owen was already set up there in his deck chair, front and centre.

“It was very cold out there overnight, however my pregnant wife Vanessa and I were keeping warm in the marquee that was set up by Villawood and we slept in our car, so we were pretty snug.

“We selected our allotment about two weeks prior to the launch of sales.  We found that Marriott had offered great sized allotments compared to its surrounding estates.

“The home design covenants and facilities such as gymnasium, pool and wetlands really closed the deal for us.

“I work in Mulgrave, so when the freeway extension is complete I will also have great access to a direct route from Marriott.

“We have been very pleased with the service and process of buying at Marriott Waters.  Since having bought we have dropped down a few times to see the team down and there and are extremely excited to get on site and begin building.”
