Construction Updates

A variety of construction activity is currently progressing across the Marriott Waters community.

Shearwater civil construction works are now fully complete with titles expected to be registered mid May. We expect homes to be under construction from June 2012 and street landscaping works will be put on hold until homes are nearing completion.

Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC)

Villawood Properties can confirm that Becon has been appointed as the builder for the Shopping Centre precinct which includes the Private Residents Club. Construction work are well underway and we are working towards a Shopping Centre opening for Christmas 2012.
In conjunction with the Shopping Centre works, civil works for external roadworks are also underway and this includes a new signalised intersection on Thompson's Road & Missen's Road which is also due for completion by Christmas 2012. 

Wetland Body 3  

Construction works on our third wetland has now commenced. This is located next to the Shopping Centre and it will include a new boardwalk, sculptures by Folko (3 eagles and 3 pelicans). This sculpture theme will be continued from the the design of Wetland Body 1 & 2.
