Damien and Pauline can’t wait to experience the lifestyle opportunities available once they move into their new home at Marriott Waters. The parents of five were first in line and camped out to secure their chosen lot.

“Basically I guess that we identified Marriott Waters as a unique estate in the area and we wanted to live there so I was prepared to do whatever I needed to do to secure the land.

“I felt there possibly would be a lot of other people there waiting – with people in the past camping out there for a week in advance so we got down early and was lucky to be first in line which meant we got the block we wanted.

“We cannot wait for settlement – we’d be living there right now if we could, but we hope we’ll be able to get in as soon as possible.”

“With four of our five kids at home, aged from 11 to 18, Marriott Waters is going to be great for them especially, with the gym, the sporting grounds and other facilities all on the estate, it’s all about the lifestyle factor.

“The surroundings are really nice too, it’s going to be a really nice environment for our kids to grow up around,” Damien said.
