Amphil Badra and her husband Fadi, recent purchasers of land in stage three of the Marriott Waters estate, are embracing the vision of a home located close to the developments iconic wetlands.

The Badra’s new allotment is positioned adjacent to the first wetland body at Marriott Waters and they are delighted at the prospect of a lifestyle by the water.

“We are looking at starting a family over the next couple of years and we thought having a house located near the wetlands would be the perfect spot for our children to grow up,” Amphil Badra said.

“I am so looking forward to coming home after a busy day at work and being able to relax by the wetlands and enjoy the beautiful view.

“I think that it will feel like being on holidays every day, with the water and the birdlife so close by” she said.
