Mr Newbound said that he first read about Marriott Waters in an article from the Herald Sun.

“I had looked at many surrounding estates, but couldn’t purchase the size of block that I was after for the price that I was prepared to pay.

“We were third in line, behind our next door neighbours so that we could purchase an allotment next to each other.

“We had our eye on this allotment from the start.  With only one home next to us, we are in a quiet location with wetland views.

“One of our favourite design concepts of the estate is the walking and cycling paths, open spaces and of course the huge wetland design,” Mr Newbound said.
