Jinsun and Bradley Lane were the second couple to take their place in the queue; prepared to camp out and stake their claim on their chosen allotment.

“We were so keen to purchase our selected lot at Marriott Waters and knowing there had been buyer campouts for earlier releases, we arrived a couple of days before the actual  release time, to ensure we didn’t miss out.

“We were initially attracted to the facilities which will be featured throughout Marriott Waters.  The estate’s design incorporates a variety of open space which we know our three-year-old daughter will enjoy for hours on end.

“Proximity to schools was also important for us when deciding our future address.  There are at least four schools nearby and there will be one onsite, so we will be given the freedom of choice when the time comes for our daughter to begin.

"The class-A recycled water is another great feature of the estate,  having a green garden all year round is very appealing to us.”
