Manjinder Singh was first in line and in pole position to buy her dream site last Saturday.

“We were initially attracted to Marriot Waters’ location. Not only will we be close to local schools and established shops in the area, we will also be quite close to our workplaces and now even closer to some of our family.

“The facilities at Marriott Waters really made the estate shine above others in the area; in particular the recreational parks and the private residents club which will feature here.

“Another great attraction for us was price.  Many estate prices are increasing pretty rapidly and Marriott Waters is still able to offer reasonably priced land which is within our budget and offers so much more.

“We camped out all night in the freezing cold to ensure we got first choice for our family. It was all oars in from our families with another of our family members holding our place in the queue on Friday while we took a well deserved break.
