Mr Formosa said Marriott Waters immediately struck a chord with the couple when signs went up earlier this year.

“When all the sales information came out, our neighbours decided to make the move as well!   So we got together and worked out which blocks best suited us both as long as they were side by side, so now we’ll stay neighbours when we move.”

“The camp out was a bit of fun.  There were six other couples there and we all had a laugh that night.  The set up of the evening was really good as well; I liked the idea of first come, first served. We have already planned to have a street party once all six of us have moved in!

“We were well looked after with dinner, drinks and then breakfast in the morning.  The team at Marriott Waters did a fantastic job.

“We love the location of Marriott Waters and the idea of living within a new estate.  When we camped out for the launch we met couples who are roughly the same age and have the same interests, so that’s already good news.

“I am excited about the residents only recreation club, it will be an excellent communal facility, especially with the barbeque area.  The walking and cycling tracks will also be useful; we don’t like our son riding on the road, so this will be a fantastic benefit for us,” Mr Formosa said.
