P&J Constructions are a family owned company that specialises in building quality, affordable homes for Australian families and investors. The company now employs over 40 people throughout Victoria. Having successfully toiled as a bricklayer/builder for over 30 years, founders Peter and Lily Gentile identified 3 key areas critical to satisfying the homebuilder:
- Personalised service throughout the building process
- Quality finishing

With that in mind, P&J constructions was born and Peter immediately set about establishing a reputation as one of Melbourne’s finest builders. With the business steadily growing, son Joe soon joined the group. With his background as a draftsman and youth on his side, P&J constructions was now in a position to open itself to emerging markets and all inclusive services (design through to handover).
