Residents' Club
Residents of Marriott Waters will enjoy access to a wide range of their own quality facilities, featuring a gym, swimming pool, private members' rooms, café and more. The anticipated opening of the Resident's Club is 2010, with construction commencing in 2010.

Primary School
School’s almost in at Marriott Waters as construction on the estate’s new environmentally friendly public school, ‘Lyndhurst Primary School’, is set to commence in November.
On target to open for the 2011 school year, Lyndhurst Primary School is expected to lead the way for sustainability within the City of Casey with plans incorporating advanced energy efficiency principals.
Natural insulation via specific building fabrics and materials, natural ventilation, gas based heating, passive cooling to reduce the need for costly and environmentally damaging air conditioning systems are among the sustainable features to be incorporated into the school’s design.
Other environmentally wise inclusions will be storm and rain water collection in water tanks for irrigation as well as renewable solar energy sources.
