The Marriott Waters community is set amidst 27 hectares of environmental wetlands and parklands offering a variety of recreational facilities to cater for all age groups including:

Residents' Club
Residents of Marriott Waters will enjoy access to a wide range of their own quality facilities, featuring a gym, swimming pool, private members' rooms, café and more. The anticipated opening of the Resident's Club is 2011, with construction commencing in 2010.
Primary School
Marriott Waters’ new environmentally friendly public school, ‘Lyndhurst Primary School’, is on target to open for the 2011 school year.
The Lyndhurst Primary School is expected to lead the way for sustainability within the City of Casey with plans incorporating advanced energy efficiency principles.
Lyndhurst Primary School is happy to announce the appointment of Principal Greg Lacey. Greg is committed to implement strong cultures where students, staff and the local residents have high expectations of each other and work together as a united community.
The end of the 2010 school year is fast approaching and Lyndhurst Primary School is now accepting enrolments for the 2011 school year.
