Buyer, Simon Fonceca, will join his brother on the same street in Marriott Waters and says he is ecstatic about his decision to kick-start home ownership.

“I’ve lived in this area my whole life, 21 years. I just love this area so I’m ecstatic to buy my first home in the same area I grew up in.

“I was initially attracted to how nice the area is. A premium suburb which will grow to look spectacular once all of the new homes are completed, but still close to all of the comforts of home. This was so important to me being a first home buyer as I didn’t want to stray too far from where I’d been brought up.

“I actually found out about Marriott Waters and Metricon, because my brother has recently bought a house there. He seemed so excited with the development I thought I had to see what all the fuss was about.

“I visited a lot of display homes and the Metricon homes really stood out. The prices are reasonable and the packages they offer are great value for money. Every Metricon display home impressed me, I guess I was always drawn to them even before I stepped foot inside the display home,” Simon said.

“Marriott Waters has a real community feel to it already and it is a bonus that my brother is building a house just down the road from me.

“The first home buyers grant actually gave me the inspiration to buy. I was always interested in buying my first home but I never would have bought one in this timeframe if I didn’t have the grant.”
