David and Anne Voyer, and their two teenage boys, recently moved into their new Porter Davis home at Marriott Waters, and are planning to settle here for the long term.

Having lived in the same house for 17 years the Voyers had no intention of moving until they came across Marriott Waters.

“We have lived in this area for a long time now and never considered moving out of our old home until we saw the Marriott Waters sign go up.  We really liked the name so we thought we’d check it out.

“Once we saw the place with all the plans for amenity and the wetlands and parks… the decision to move here was quite an easy one to make,” Mr Voyer said.

Along with the many attractive features at Marriott Waters, the Voyers look forward to utilising the exclusive Residents’ Club facilities.

“We can’t wait for the Marriott Waters recreation centre to be built.  We have two boys one 16 and the other is 18, so I’m sure they’ll enjoy using the gym and other facilities.”
